- Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders

- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on lease administration and negotiation
- Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios and negotiating complex leases
- Skills
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and lease administration databases
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate, business, or finance
