About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Manager to join our Digital Transformation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies that will revolutionize the way we deliver services and exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with ServiceNow and assurance processes and systems, as well as the ability to build trust and confidence in our roadmap to enable a large-scale change in how business operates. You will be responsible for stakeholder alignment on our system evolution vision, driving a culture of change and continuous improvement, and building business cases with business input drivers, considering revenue, margin, and cost efficiency benefits compared to the costs to implement and operate transformational programs to deliver a return on investment.

This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with senior leaders in the organization to lead conversations on future investments, tradeoffs, risks, and performance of the portfolio against our commitments.
