Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to join our Public Health team. As an Administrative Support Clerk, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Public Health team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  3. Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Assist with special projects and events as required.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 and graduation from an approved Office Administration Certificate program.
  • 1 year of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
