Job Overview

S.i. Systems, a leading provider of enterprise health solutions, is seeking an experienced Cloud Project Manager to lead the implementation of Azure Landing Zone from start to finish.

This is a one-year contract with potential extensions, reporting directly to the Director of Project Controls.

Mandatory Skills
  1. Proven experience in Canadian healthcare
  2. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  3. Complex cloud implementation and migration expertise
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Defining the operating model for Cloud Governance, Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), and Financial Operations (FinOps)
  2. Leading organization culture change initiatives, including cloud mindset, process changes, and change management
  3. Resource onboarding and planning
  4. PIA/STRA completion and mapping roles and skills
  5. Direct stakeholder engagement with various departments
  6. Coordinating Landing Zone design and implementation
  7. Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval
  8. Upskilling plan development and implementation
  9. Leading application assessment and tooling acquisition
  10. CCoE formation and Cloud Governance implementation
  11. DevOps pipeline implementation and FinOps implementation
  12. Monitoring and surveillance implementation
  13. Post-implementation testing and validation
  14. Project closure documentation

Deliverables will include a detailed project plan, resource plan, communication plan, organization change plan, Cloud Governance framework, and upskilling plan.
