Job Title: Expert Project Manager

Job Description:

The Apex Systems team is seeking an experienced Expert Project Manager to lead the Cloud Onboarding project for a major Healthcare IT client. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the project from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the Azure Landing Zone deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the Operating Model for Cloud Governance, CCoE, FinOps Design, and Resource Plan
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Organization Culture Change plan, including Cloud mindset, Process changes, Change management, and ITIL Version 4
  • Coordinate Resource Onboarding, PIA/STRA completion, and Map roles and skills for Cloud Operations, Cloud Governance, Cloud Security, Cloud automation, and DevOps
  • Lead Application Assessment, Tooling Acquisition, CCoE formation, Cloud Governance implementation, and DevOps pipeline implementation
  • Monitor and Surveillance Implementation, Post Implementation Testing and validation, and Post Implementation project closure documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous Healthcare experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience
  • Infrastructure project experience
  • Knowledge of cloud is preferred

Seniority Level Descriptions – EXPERT:

  • A Degree in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of six (6) years of related Consulting Category experience; or
  • A Diploma in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of seven (7) years of related Consulting Category experience; or
  • A Certificate in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of eight (8) years of related Consulting Category experience; or
  • An absolute minimum of ten (10) years of directly related Consulting Category experience.
