About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Goodwill Moving Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Operate and drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of items received and delivered, and ensure that all goods are properly packaged and restocked.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our sales team to set appointments and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, flexibility, organization, reliability, and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Support for Diversity: Provide physical accessibility accommodations and participate in initiatives that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
