Candidate Profile:
You are seeking a career in Retail Operations and:
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience; supervisory experience in retail sales is advantageous.
• Have a background in C-Store/Gas Bar/liquor operations and familiarity with general merchandise.
• Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
• Are trustworthy, results-driven, and committed to excellence.
• Can strategically plan and organize tasks for yourself and your team, delegating as necessary.
• Have experience with Point of Sale systems and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Pay close attention to detail and possess strong cash management abilities.
• Are willing to obtain necessary certifications for propane dispensing, WHMIS, and responsible service.
• Are available for travel within the trading area for training and meetings.
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Are at least 19 years old.
• Can meet the physical demands of the job, including manual labor.
• Have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
