About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Kulvinder Bal. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Companionship and Social Interaction: Provide emotional support and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Language: English language proficiency.
