About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual to achieve their goals and live an increasingly independent life. Your passion for person-centered supports and ability to engage individuals in their community will make a significant difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to help individuals achieve their life goals
  • Accompany individuals on community outings, including volunteering, employment, and leisure activities
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and goal progression
Available Positions

We have several positions available, including:

Position 1
  • Monday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 12:00pm - 7:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 7:30pm
Position 2
  • Thursday: 4:30pm - 7:00pm
  • Friday: 4:30pm - 7:00pm
Position 3
  • Thursday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Position 4 (Temporary Part-Time Hours)
  • Wednesday: 9:00am - 2:30pm
About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others and have a strong understanding of the person-centered and active support approach. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Class 5 driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • A First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • A clear criminal record (paid by CLS)
  • A clean driver's abstract
