Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at GSD Investments Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Language

The working language is English.
