Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wheatland KFC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and served to our customers.
  • Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain quality control standards by ensuring that all food and service meet our high standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week of work, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
