As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Hire food service staff
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Address customers' complaints or concerns
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
* High school diploma or equivalent
