Job Title: Post Office Assistant

Canada Post Corp is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Post Office Assistant to join our team. As a Post Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our post office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell postal products and services to customers
  • Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages
  • Provide customers with information and forms
  • Address delivery and service difficulties to resolve problems thoroughly and quickly
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in business administration or customer service
  • Ability to lift mail containers of up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work on-call and adapt to changing priorities
