Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions, including handling customer complaints and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back office.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals, manage budgets, and implement visual merchandising displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Work Environment:

Our store is a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a busy and demanding environment.
