Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Galbi Korean BBQ Restaurant. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where quality and precision are paramount.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is mandatory.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work primarily in a butcher shop setting, as well as in a large-scale restaurant and hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meats for processing by cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Execute precise cuts, trims, and preparations of various meat types.
  • Efficiently wrap and package meats for sale.
  • Remove bones from meat with care.
  • Accurately weigh meats for customer purchases.
  • Disassemble poultry into parts as required.
  • Grind meats to specified standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior meat cutters.
  • Slice cooked meats for serving.
Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in meat processing.
