We are seeking a highly skilled Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day account operations, creative asset management, and execution under the guidance of a senior lead. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate strategically and creatively with internal teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Manage campaign deliverables with oversight from senior account lead, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Champion brand/product knowledge and competitive landscape understanding to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead status meetings and develop tactical briefs and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Oversee project budgets and collaborate with different partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their growth and development within the company.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of agency account management experience, preferably in a similar role at Publicis Groupe.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Initiative-driven with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of various executional channels, including video, social, and digital, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
