- Platform Adoption: Drive platform adoption and excitement within the organization by demonstrating the value of the tool and encouraging best practices while promoting company efficiency and providing continuous learning to increase the skillset of all internal personnel.
- Training and Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Training Center.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor new employees.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks related to project management.
- Education: DEC in administration, IT, construction engineering, or any related education.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the construction industry is considered a strong asset.
- Procore Proficiency: Proficiency in Procore or other Project Management Software is considered a strong asset.
- Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy individual with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software systems is considered an asset.
- Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Soft Skills: Patient and empathetic approach to interacting with others, ability to manage several projects at once and change priorities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
