About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Fleet Manager to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a strategic partner, you will lead the strategic management of our fleet and its day-to-day operations across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs
  • Manage the standardization and governance of the Fleet management workflow, influence strategies, and develop, distribute and reinforce policies and procedures across the On Side organization nationally
  • Lead the execution and audit process compliance including implementing strategies to support business initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts among business partners to stay up to date with their realities and business needs as well as communicate trends and observations from the training and audit perspectives
  • Participate or cooperate in projects and operational initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in progressive fleet positions of increasing responsibility, including 5 years of experience as a people leader
  • Previous experience in the Construction including 24×7 service industry will be considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a similar field are an asset (or working towards completion)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through collaboration and clear communication
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide strategic advice and input
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining targets
  • Strong ability to adapt and drive change to strengthen the On Side culture and business outcomes
  • Proven ability to work with competing high priority tasks, under pressure while meeting deadlines
  • Fully bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
