National Fleet Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the management of our fleet across the country. As the National Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for leading the standardization and governance of the Fleet management workflow, influencing strategies, and developing policies and procedures across the On Side organization nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of fleet management strategies to support business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in progressive fleet positions of increasing responsibility
- Previous experience in the Construction industry, including 24×7 service, is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a similar field is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through collaboration and clear communication
- Demonstrated strong leadership and coaching skills
