Commercial Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Commercial Support Coordinator – Spanish Speaking is a key member of the commercial team, providing support to facilitate sales, service, and warranty processes in markets where Spanish is the primary language. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to aid in branch support, reviewing daily service reports, and creating service orders and invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to provide branch support as required.
- Review and process daily service reports for technicians.
- Create, sort, and enter service orders and invoices, including labour hours and expenses.
- Support the preparation of weekly service reporting, focusing on reconciliation of timesheets, work orders, and payroll hours, as well as profitability.
- Manage field service POs with customers and service administrators.
- Represent MacLean Engineering as a first point of contact with customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses to product, service, or technical support requests.
- Prepare quotations and enter sales orders into MRP as per customer request.
- Enter warranty claims into the portal.
- Advise customers on the status of warranty claims.
- Aid in maintaining market-driven pricing methodology.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion.
- Diploma or Degree in Commerce or a related discipline is preferred.
- Sound organizational and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity and tight deadlines.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn new methods, processes, and technologies.
- Strong computer skills working with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
