About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Wholesale Specialist to join our team at 2 Sisters Poultry & Meat Ltd. As a key member of our wholesale operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer specifications.
  • Packaging and Presentation: Wrap and package prepared meats in a clean and efficient manner.
  • Meat Processing: Remove bones from meat and grind meats as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meat products.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior meat cutters to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, including custom cuts and packaging.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for this position.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
