Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing Intergage's online visibility, audience engagement, and outreach efforts. This position is integral to the Marketing Team, focusing on content development across various platforms, crafting engaging marketing materials, managing social media strategies, and contributing to impactful marketing campaigns. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Content.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized and possesses a talent for generating compelling digital content that resonates with audiences. You should be capable of producing persuasive copy that drives engagement while maintaining a keen eye for detail. A willingness to experiment with creative concepts, along with strong analytical and adaptive skills, is essential. You will help drive transformation through effective digital content strategies and collaborate closely with team members.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development and Copywriting

  • Work alongside the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Content to develop an editorial calendar that fosters content creation and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in crafting engaging copy for blog posts, email communications, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct SEO research to support efforts aimed at increasing audience engagement.
  • Review and refine content as necessary.

Social Media Strategy

  • Oversee and execute a social media content calendar across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, while exploring new channels.
  • Monitor relevant awareness days, events, and social media trends to refresh content and maximize visibility, as well as stay informed about trends in the fintech and charitable sectors.
  • Collaborate with the Donor Engagement and Experience Team to address public inquiries on social media.
  • Engage in influencer outreach to expand social media followings.
  • Generate and brainstorm innovative content ideas for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.

Collaborative Teamwork

  • Engage closely with content strategists in Product and Brand, as well as Design and other key stakeholders, to contribute to a unified and compelling brand narrative.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of PR & Communications and the Director of Demand Generation to ensure consistent and effective outreach.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to address user and business needs through strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing agency, in-house marketing department, or a similar role.
  • A portfolio showcasing engaging writing and copywriting for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in building or enhancing digital communities through social media.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, including social media channels and analytics tools.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise copy.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to further organizational objectives.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
  • Experience in community engagement and event planning.
  • Skills in creating podcasts or video content are a plus.
