Job Summary:
The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween store. This includes ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the total operation of a store, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, while maintaining a high level of Guest Services.
- Manage and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and operational costs.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
- Must have a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a seasonal store.
- Physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
