About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and identifying their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell insurance products to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation, preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Farm Broker experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Broker Management Software Systems.
