We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a Personal Risk Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying their insurance needs, and educating them on available solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to clients regarding Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products.
- Identify client needs and educate them on other available insurance solutions.
- Encourage the sale of company products and the benefits of bundling all their insurance requirements with HUB International.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize results and achieve business objectives.
- Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation, preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Personal Insurance sales, preferred.
- Farm Broker Experience an asset.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
- Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
- Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
