Assistant Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective management of the store.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Conduct performance reviews and resolve issues that may arise.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail or bakery environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
