We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Enterprise Post-sale team at DoorDash. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with our restaurant merchant partners.
You will work closely with our Engagement Manager Lead to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive sales and revenue. Your expertise in account management, sales, and business development will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with our merchant partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners, including C-Suite, strategy, marketing, and operations leads
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver a seamless experience to our merchant partners
- Leverage data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to build creative and effective solutions
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with marketplaces, operations, or logistics
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Bilingual (proficiency in English and French)
