Job Title: Director of Operations

Street Haven is a dynamic multi-service agency that provides shelter, supportive housing, training supports, and addictions therapy to vulnerable women in Toronto. With a rich history dating back to 1968, the organization has been making a significant impact in the lives of thousands of women.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Operations will be responsible for leading and overseeing Finance, Human Resources, Facility Operations, and Information Management and Information Technology. The successful candidate will be an inclusive leader with exceptional communication skills, innovative systems thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management, operational monitoring and reporting, financial processing, and contract and data management. They will be a passionate leader with impeccable ethics and a proven track record of improving operational processes and systems. As a seasoned Operations leader, they will be at the forefront of leading multiple functions in the organization.
