Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Beach Grove Golf Club (1960) Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Adherence to Regulations
    • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Housekeeping
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
  • Certifications
    • Responsible Beverage Service Certificate required.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliability and team player.
