We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SA Dental. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on services and policies.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence; maintain accurate records and files; and perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and external partners; communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
