We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at THE YK CAREER EDUCATION SOCIETY. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and programs.
- Administrative Support: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and perform data entry tasks.
- Communication: Relay messages, schedule appointments, and coordinate with staff members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
