Position Overview: The Automotive Lube Technician at Brian Jessel BMW is essential in ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest industry standards. Responsibilities include conducting oil changes, fluid replacements, filter changes, inspections, and tire repairs utilizing advanced BMW tools and equipment.

Key Performance Indicators:

Ensuring a safe working environment

Adhering to scheduled service times

Conducting thorough inspections with precise documentation

Core Responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance tasks to minimize engine wear
  • Optimizing tire longevity through proper pressure management
  • Replacing filters and fluids as required
  • Inspecting vehicles for leaks and suggesting additional services when necessary
  • Guaranteeing vehicles are repaired correctly on the first attempt
  • Maintaining and cleaning workshop equipment
  • Upholding safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace

Job Requirements:

  • Self-driven and enthusiastic about learning
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs. consistently
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Work Environment: Operating hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday, and 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday & Statutory Holidays
