Food Service Manager

Madura Dine-In is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Operations Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing. Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, and support them with foreign credential recognition.
