Your Responsibilities:
- Guide and supervise a team responsible for road and structure repairs.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of work projects, actively participating alongside your team members.
- Provide comprehensive orientation and training to new team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all activities and progress reports.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent spatial awareness and safe driving record.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.
