Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
