Fashion Event Planner

We are seeking an experienced and organized Fashion Event Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing fashion events, from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, venues, vendors, and other details.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all event needs are met.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staffing.
- Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all event requirements are met, including health and safety regulations.
- Create and distribute promotional materials.
- Track event expenses and submit reports.
- Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
