About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Great Choice Meat and Poultry. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Weigh and price meat products
  • Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare visually appealing displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats
Work Environment

As a Meat Cutter at Great Choice Meat and Poultry, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have good hand-eye coordination.
