  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Weigh and price meat products
  • Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
Work Environment:

Our retail butcher position requires standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
