About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tilesetters Supervisor to join our team at MODENA TILING INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of tilesetters and other production staff to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support production.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
