Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, income tax preparation, and general ledger management.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as maintaining filing and record systems, and providing general office support.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize accounting software, such as Acomba, Sage Accounting Software, and Quick Books, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word, to perform tasks efficiently.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Completion of an Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Language: Fluency in French is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Gasoline Paid: A competitive compensation package, including gasoline paid.
