Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consultant in Loan Solutions to join our team. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers, gathering loan information, selling our loan and protection products, and closing loans virtually and in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather loan information and provide personalized solutions to customers
  • Sell our loan and protection products to meet customer needs
  • Closing loans virtually and in person, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Follow up on past due customer accounts to resolve any issues
  • Manage cash controls, including taking payments
  • Commit to ongoing training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive, supportive attitude and a rewarding work climate
