Landscaping Laborer

Lipstick Landscaping is seeking a skilled and physically fit Landscaping Laborer to join our team. As a Landscaping Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
- Cut grass and maintain lawns and gardens.
- Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage.
- Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
- Repair and maintain equipment, including landscape maintenance equipment.
- Write daily basic progress reports to keep management informed.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including weed trimmers and edgers.
- Fitting and assembling components using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads and working in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and rain gear required.
