This role is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in all types of weather. No experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Location: Fredericton, NBSalary: $19.00 Per Hour Hours: 7am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove grass or turf using hand tools and equipment such as shovels, sod cutters, and wheelbarrows.
  • Load and dispose of removed turf, debris, and materials into trucks or designated areas.
  • Help prepare the site by grading, leveling, and clearing the land as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with general site duties and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and working on your feet for long periods.
