Job Overview

The role involves delivering financial, clerical, and administrative support to guarantee the prompt and precise collection of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to recover outstanding accounts receivable and monitor overdue payments.
  • Proactively investigate and rectify payment inconsistencies and excess payments received.
  • Generate and dispatch invoices to clients as required.
  • Organize and maintain customer accounts receivable files and documentation.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • An Associate's Degree in a relevant field or 1-2 years of comparable work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of standard accounting software, with Oracle experience being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to manage potentially challenging interactions with clients.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to achieving daily objectives.
  • Proficient in Excel, with Oracle experience being a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with basic accounting principles, and adeptness in documentation, research, and multitasking.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to walk, stand, balance, stoop, bend, and kneel.
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, move, or lift items weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

Work Setting:

The job will be performed in an office setting.
