Position Overview
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential financial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure the efficient, timely, and accurate processing of payments for accounts under your management.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to collect outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain comprehensive customer files and records related to accounts receivable.
- Utilize industry-standard accounting software, with a preference for Oracle, to manage financial data.
- Employ advanced Excel skills to analyze and report on financial information.
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree in a relevant field or 1-2 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent documentation, research, and resolution skills, along with the ability to analyze data and manage multiple tasks effectively.
