**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Hercules SLR. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory, shipments, and customer orders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments with transport companies, ensuring all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Ship customer orders and branch transfers, verifying all necessary documentation is in order.
- Obtain rate and spot quotes for shipments, ensuring optimal logistics solutions.
- Track shipments as required, maintaining accurate records and communicating with stakeholders.
- Receive, unload, sort, and store inventory accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate bin locations for all goods in the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Perform repetitive tasks involving hand and wrist movements, including gripping, twisting, pulling, and pushing.
- Frequently bend and twist torso, and safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level.
- Climb ladders and work at heights over 10'.
- Stand for extended periods on various ground conditions, including concrete and steel flooring.
**Requirements**
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Computer experience and attention to detail.
- Previous training in forklift operation considered an asset.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
