About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team at Refinitiv. As a key member of our Pricing Centre of Excellence, you will play a critical role in developing and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue and margin growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing value-based pricing strategies and frameworks to drive revenue and margin growth.
  2. Managing pricing through the delivery and execution of strategies and frameworks.
  3. Supporting the Pricing Director in assessing pricing needs of customer segments, defining opportunities for pricing improvement, and monitoring the execution of pricing strategies.
  4. Partnering closely with Commercial Excellence, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure effective implementation of pricing strategies.
  5. Defining and communicating best practices across the pricing organization and training analysts to employ those best practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B pricing, with experience in pricing transformation projects.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional pricing certification (such as CPP) is a plus.
