About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Alif Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development

Develop and implement policies that align with our company's strategic objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

Project Planning

Plan and execute development projects that meet our business goals, leveraging your expertise in market research and analysis.

Business Enquiries

Respond to enquiries from the business community, providing expert advice on development opportunities and potential partnerships.

Area Profiling

Conduct in-depth research to develop social and economic profiles of areas, identifying opportunities for industrial and commercial investment.

Marketing Research

Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Market Analysis

Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

Surveys and Research

Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development potential and future trends.

Proposal Evaluation

Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals, providing expert recommendations to stakeholders.

Customer Service

Evaluate customer service and store environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.

Business Planning

Develop and implement business plans that align with our company's strategic objectives, driving growth and profitability.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or economics.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a business development or related role.

Language

Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
