About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Coach to join our team at Avid ActionCOACH Business Growth Community in British Columbia. As a Business Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping business owners achieve their goals and dreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment and Strategy Development: Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their needs and challenges, and develop customized action plans and strategies to help them overcome obstacles.
  • Ongoing Coaching and Feedback: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability to help clients achieve their goals and improve their business performance.
  • Progress Monitoring and Results Measurement: Monitor and measure client progress and results using key performance indicators, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Training and Workshops: Deliver training sessions and workshops on various topics related to business growth and development, and build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with other business coaches and partners in the community to promote and market our services and programs to attract new clients and referrals.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Continuously learn and develop yourself as a business coach and leader, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business coach, consultant, or entrepreneur.
  • Track Record: A proven track record of helping businesses grow and improve their performance and profitability.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and finance, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity and Professionalism: A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethics, and a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Passion for Helping Others: A passion for helping others and making a difference, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate.
