About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Dryden. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our clients' mobility devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair: Deliver, install, and repair custom mobility equipment, including manual wheelchairs, rollators, power wheelchairs, and elevating equipment such as stairlifts, ceiling lifts, and vertical platform lifts.
  • Deliver a Motion Customer Experience: Build trusting relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that we deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to clients' homes and facilities to provide services.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience in a customer service role, exposure to diagnostic tools, electronic equipment, and mechanical repairs.
  • Empathy: Provide compassionate and professional support to our clients.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a clean criminal background check.
